Delete My Data — Zovantro

1. What this request covers

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes the details you provided when booking:

Your name, phone number and email address;
Your address, pincode, city and area;
Booking information such as the service booked, preferred date and time slot, your booking reference, notes you left on a booking, and any files you uploaded;
Payment records and transaction identifiers linked to your bookings.

Deleting your data may mean your booking history, payment records and account profile can no longer be accessed by you or used to serve you.

2. What may be legally retained

We will delete your personal data wherever we reasonably can. However, some information may need to be kept for a limited period to comply with legal, tax or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse. For example:

Payment transaction records may need to be retained for accounting and tax purposes and to resolve chargebacks or refund disputes;
A minimal record (such as the fact that a deletion request was made, and your contact details only where needed to act on it) may be kept so we do not re-collect your data by mistake;
Anonymised or aggregated statistics that no longer identify you are not personal data and are not deleted.

3. How we handle your request

Once you submit the form, you will receive a request reference (e.g. DDR-20260908-A1B2C). Keep it — you can quote it if you follow up.
We verify your identity using the phone number, email address and/or booking reference you provide, and confirm the scope of the deletion with you if anything is unclear.
Deletion is normally completed within 30 days of verification. If we need more time (for example due to a legal hold), we will tell you why and when to expect completion.
We will notify you at the email address you provided once your data has been deleted, unless we are legally unable to contact you.

4. Submit a request

Email address We will confirm the deletion at this address. At least one of phone / email is required.

Booking reference (optional) e.g. ZVT-20260908-A1B2C, if you have one — it helps us locate your data faster.
